Harry Kane has reportedly asked to leave the club this summer as he prefers City, United, and London rival Chelsea.
Harry Kane still has to win a major trophy with Spurs and has made it clear that he wants to win silverware and compete regularly in UEFA the Champions League.
According to The Sun, Man City and United are ready to offer him a 5-year contract and a salary of £ 300,000 a week, which is £ 70,000 more than he currently earns at Tottenham.
Agreeing on a salary package with Harry Kane is not expected to be a problem for either team, but negotiating a transfer fee with Daniel Levy, who valued the striker for around £ 150million, could be a stumbling block.
The England captain is reportedly keen to watch Manchester City in the summer, winning their third Premier League title four years earlier this month, although Pep Guardiola’s side are also reportedly interested in Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland.
Harry Kane is currently level with Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah as the Premier League’s leading scorer with 22 goals this season.
