The Norwegian international is regarded as one of the youngest talents in world football and imitated his German club Dortmund during the 2020-21 season, scoring 41 goals in all competition.
Several clubs, including Barcelona, Chelsea, Manchester City, and Manchester United, are said to be keen to sign Erling Haaland in the next 12 months.
According to AS, Real Madrid are in with a good chance of sign the striker and will be put at the top of the deal when they finally leave Signal Iduna Park.
The report also says the Madrid strong relationship with Dortmund has put them in a strong position, while Erling Haaland is thought to be preferred to move to the Bernabeu than anywhere else.
There is a clause in the Norwegian contract, but it cannot be done until next summer, which means the clubs will have to agree on a price with Dortmund if they want to finalize the deal in the next transfer market.
Erling Haaland has scored 57 goals in 59 Dortmund games since its arrival in January 2020.
