According to Marca, Negotiations between the two parties regarding possible renewal began months ago and talks appear to be on the right track, with both parties seem determined to reach an agreement.
Barcelona considers Ansu Fati to be an important part of the club’s future and are optimistic about the outcome of negotiations with the youngsters’ representatives.
Ansu Fati is currently recovering from a serious knee injury that forced him to undergo several surgeries last season after knocking on November 7.
Ansu Fati renewal has been delayed, but Barcelona has never considered any situation that will see Fati leave the club even though negotiations may not be considered a priority at the moment.
