Federico Chiesa, who played in Italy for their Euro 2020 victory, scored 2 in 7 games while playing a key role in his side’s England victory in the Euro 2020 final.
Chiesa is currently on loan at Juventus from Fiorentina, but the Old Lady is obliged to sign a permanent deal at the end of next season.
According to Bild, Chelsea contacted the Italian giants for a € 100m (£ 85m) offer, but the Blues were told the striker had not been sold under any circumstances.
Chiesa has scored 34 goals and provided 25 assists in 153 games for Fiorentina before arriving in Turin.
In the past, the Italian has scored 14 goals and 10 assists in Juventus’ 43 exit, winning Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italia in his first season with Serie A champions.
Chelsea also continues to be linked with Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland but are expected to be frustrated in their pursuit of Norway.
