Ansu Fati was able to complete part of the training with his teammates in Barcelona on Tuesday, as the 18-year-old entered the end of his recovery after nearly 8 months of problems due to a knee injury.
Barcelona are expected Ansu Fati to return in mid-September, after the international break, so hopefully, he can feature in their away game in Sevilla on March 4.
Following an injury to the inner meniscus of his left knee which he began to suffer in November 2020. Since then, it has been pushed back after a retreat.
Ansu Fati’s return now seems imminent, although both he and the club prefer not to rush him and are willing to wait until he is fully prepared for the speed.
In early August Ansu Fati began doing individual work at Barcelona’s training grounds but is now able to participate in programs with his colleagues.
