Premier League giant Chelsea made a late offer to loan from Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez.
According to The Telegraph reports that Chelsea are considering a move back to the transfer market to bring in an Atletico Madrid player on a loan.
Saul Niguez has played 229 La Liga games for Atletico Madrid since entering school and made his first-team debut in 2012.
Saul has won La Liga, the Copa del Rey, the Europa League twice, the Supercopa de Espana, and the UEFA Super Club and Colchoneros, but many rumors have circulated this summer that the Number 8 wants to leave.
Thomas Tuchel has loaned out a promising youngster Billy Gilmour to Norwich City and is expected to let Tiemoue Bakayako, Danny Drinkwater, and Ross Barkley leave next week. The future of Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Ethan Ampadu is unknown.
