Chelsea’s main target is to sign Erling Haaland but BVB not selling Haaland this summer, inter striker Romelu Lukaku has supposedly moved to the top of their striker wishlist for the current transfer market window.
Inter Milan are thought to be keen to sign Alonso’s signing this summer when Italy Champions champions fail to progress in contract negotiations with Ivan Perisic.
According to Sky Italia claims that Inter Milan have rejected an offer from Chelsea that would include Alonso as part of the deal, with the Blues also offering a lump sum of £ 85m.
Inter Milan are known for wanting to reduce their salaries due to their fragile financial situation, but the report also adds that Romelu Lukaku is one of the few players considered ‘unaffected’ by the club.
The Belgian international forward has to score 34 goals in 36 games as Inter Milan won last season’s Serie A campaign.
