Jordan Henderson set for new 3-year contract with Liverpool

Jordan Henderson has been asked to leave Liverpool during his current contract, but According to The Athletic says talks have progressed and he has agreed on a 3-year deal with the club.

The report also adds that Jordan Henderson could stay for the 4th year depending on how often he appears, and Klopp has been instrumental in convincing Liverpool captain to extend his stay.

Jordan Henderson missed Saturday’s 3-0 win over Norwich City as he strengthened himself, but Jordan Henderson is thought to have a strong chance of facing Burnley this weekend.
