The Spanish League La Liga must release its players for the South American World Cup qualifiers 2022 in September.

While the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, and the Portuguese league have decided not to release their players, one of them will be forced. The decision was made by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), which ruled in favor of FIFA, which means that players must be released.

As reported on Saturday, Emiliano Martinez has confirmed that he will be traveling to Argentina.

In addition to him, we now know that Argentine players in La Liga will also join the team. There are 9 Argentine players in La Liga, 7 of whom have won the Copa America.
