Ansu Fati is expected to return from injury in the coming weeks after a 10-month spell, but Barcelona’s home game against Granada on Monday will come too soon for the young striker.
Barcelona are hopeful that the Ansu Fati will be able to make his way to Cadiz next Thursday, September 23rd.
It has previously been suggested that Ansu Fati could return to Barcelona and Sevilla on March 4, a match that was later postponed due to late South American players returning from international duty, but Ronald Koeman has confirmed that this will not be the case.
Both the coaching staff and the medical team want to go step by step with Ansu Fati, following the three jobs he had on his knee.
Now, Ansu Fati’s knee is in good health and the goal now will be to regain confidence in his body and shoot on the field again
