Paul Pogba’ss agreement at Old Trafford is due to expire in June 2022, and Man United are struggling to reach an agreement with the World Cup winner over the contract extension.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Real Madrid are unlikely to move to Pogba in January but believes they will be able to sign Pogba ahead of the 2022-23 season.
The midfielder has started a new season at the level of Manchester United, giving them 5 assists in three Premier League games.
It is believed that Paris Saint-Germain were keen to sign Pogba in the summer, but their interest waned when Leo Messi arrived in the French capital on a free transfer agent.
Real Madrid are also expected to sign both Erling Haaland of BVB and Kylian Mbappe of PSG next year as part of the club’s reconstruction.
