Although FIFA is working on its bid to host the FIFA World Cup every two years, UEFA is busy preparing for the expansion of the UEFA Nations League.

Aleksander Ceferin’s UEFA will extend an invitation to foreign teams from Brazil and Argentina to take part in the next tournament of the UEFA Nations League.

According to La Gazzetta Dello Sport, UEFA wants to organize the Global Nations League with guests of other unions.

The idea comes from a strong relationship between UEFA and CONMEBOL, led by Alejandro Dominguez.

That has already brought the friendship between Argentina and Italy, such as the Copa America and European Championship champions, to be in June 2022.
