Dani Alves for the past few weeks has been crazy. Sao Paulo had to terminate his contract as the club had no money to pay Alves what they owed him. The former Barça, PSG, and Juventus defender is now a free transfer agent and could sign for any club.

After numerous rumors involving the United States, Flamengo, or Paranaense, the Olympic gold medalist announced on social media that he would not play until 2022 when he would return to his football.

According to ‘Onze’, Dani Alves has informed Barcelona that he intends to return to Camp Nou six years after his departure.

The same site reports that his salary would not be a problem as he will be able to adapt his salary to the current difficult financial situation in Barcelona. At the moment, Barcelona is considering its options, although it has a number of players in the position such as Des, Sergi Roberto, and Mingueza.

When that happens, one of Guardiola’s most important men in Barça may return to the Spanish city. During his time at Barça, Dani Alves was hailed by many of the best players as a right-back in the world.
