Leandro Paredes talks on Argentina’s 0-0 draw vs. Paraguay in World Cup qualifiers

Leandro Paredes spoke of Argentina’s 0-0 draw with Paraguay in a World Cup qualifier 2022.

Paredes is the only midfielder to have played the entire Argentina game. Both Gio Lo Celso and Rodrigo De Paul were replaced as Paredes sat on the pitch. Speaking to TyC Sports after the game, here is what he should have said:

“It’s a strange feeling because we played a game to win all three points. We created many opportunities but little came for us. We suffered very little without being attacked from time to time. But we are not lost, it is also important.

“The stadium was not in good condition. Still, we tried. The point is clear. We missed scoring goals. We had a great game. ”
