Manchester United did not have everything in their way during their trip to Tyneside tonight.
Manchester United found themselves 1-0 down to Newcastle United inside 7 minutes courtesy of Allan Saint-Maximin’s strike and struggled to create chances for the remainder of the first half.
At the start of the second 45 minutes, there was some improvement but the situation could have been worse for the visitors in the 56th minute when Cristiano Ronaldo was booked to swipe Ryan Fraser.
