Real Madrid have reportedly withdrawn the interest of Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland. It is known that Los Blancos will be in the market for a striker this summer, with Kylian Mbappe a man to watch.
Mbappe is expected to sign for Real Madrid on a free transfer before next season, and his PSG contract expires.
Los Blancos will be able to sign a pre-contract agreement with Mbappe before the summer, and they may do so after the Champions League clash with PSG next month.
But a man often compared to Mbappe, a Dortmund Haaland star, has also been linked with a move to the Santiago Bernabeu.
Many clubs are expected to relocate to Haaland this summer, with the Norwegian player expected to leave Dortmund.
But one of those clubs will not be Real Madrid, according to the Daily Star via Sport.
Real Madrid have reportedly ended their interest in Haaland in order to focus entirely on signing Mbappe.
