Lautaro Martinez’s agent says there are “no reasons” for the in-demand striker to leave Inter. Lautaro Martinez signed a new contract with the Nerazzurri until 2026 last October but is still linked with a move.
Lautaro Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, and Atletico Madrid are among the clubs reportedly interested in signing the Argentine striker.
Lautaro Martinez recently expressed his delight at staying with Serie A giants, and his agent, Alejandro Camano, does not expect the 24-year-old to continue during the transfer window.
He told fcinternews.it: “I have no reason to think he could leave Inter.
“Nobody told us anything, the fact is that a player who scores a lot of goals in a strange league like Italy is not even seen, but a four-year contract is still in place.
“He’s alive, happy, enjoying the team, the club, and his teammates. There are no excuses for going out. We know what professional football is like, today I can confirm this, and tomorrow everything can change. But today the situation is the one I just described.”
He added: “I do not know what will happen next because it is professional football. But for Lautaro, playing for Inter is a good thing, and for many other players who would like to join the Nerazzurri.
“Lautaro is not thinking about where he is going in the future, but about the next tournament, when he wants to try to win everything he can with Inter.”
