Rodrygo Goes has announced that he’s going to extend his contract with Real Madrid until the summer of 2028.
The Brazilian striker has really grown in 2021/22 and proved important as Madrid lifted La Liga and their 14th UEFA Champions League.
Rodrygo, speaking to ABC in a comment by Fabrizio Romano, said playing for Madrid was a dream come true. Madrid has included a $ 1 billion release clause in a six-year deal to close down any who want to. The Brazilian, who has played five games for his country and scored one goal, has scored 18 goals and 21 assists in 108 Madrid games.
Rodrygo, 21, was born in Osasco Brazil, and started his football career with Santos at the age of ten. He broke into their first team of 16 and was defending the move to the Santiago Bernabeu when he hit 18. After serving for a short time with Castilla he moved up to the first team and is now an important member of the team.
