The United States Men’s National Team have announced two January friendlies in Los Angeles to kick-start their 2026 World Cup cycle.
Banc of California Stadium LAFC will host a game against Serbia on January 25, with the USMNT then facing Colombia three days later at the LA Galaxy’s Dignity Health Sports Park.
With the United States co-hosting the 2026 World Cup along with Mexico and Canada, the three nations will not have to qualify for the tournament. With that in mind, scheduling games against rival nations will be important for Gregg Berhalter to gauge the talent at his disposal.
Warner Bros. Discovery Sports will exclusively present the two January friendlies, with distribution plans and kick-off times to be announced at a later date.
Until then, however, the USMNT has the small matter of the 2022 FIFA World Cup to contend with, opening their campaign on Monday, November 21 against Wales. The Stars and Strips then take on England four days later before closing Group B fixtures against Iran on 29 November.
