Alejandro Garnacho in FourFourTwo’s Top 10 most exciting teenagers

Alejandro Garnacho has been named in FourFourTwo’s Top 10 most exciting teenagers in the world.

Garnacho is undoubetedly an exciting talent and one of Argentina’s best young players. He was first called up to the Argentina national team early 2022 and while he did train with the senior team, he did not play with them.

Born in Spain to an Argentine mother, Garnacho first represented Spain at youth level but following his call-up to Argentina, he would play the U20 level for Javier Mascherano’s U20 team. Garnacho took part in the Toulon youth tournament where he was named the revelation of the tournament, part of the tournament’s Best XI and scored the best goal of the tournament.

He would also play for Manchester United’s youth team and now part of their senior squad. The 18 year old continues to do well for his club and has been included in FourFourTwo’s top 50 most exciting teenagers as he made it into eighth place.
