Manchester City have reportedly shown an interest in Valentín Barca.With Brighton already reportedly in talks to sign the 19-year-old left-back from Boca Juniors, a new report now links him with Manchester City.
According to Diario Ole, Pep Guardiola’s side are interested in signing the Argentine. These would be the two Premier League clubs who have shown an interest in Barco.
A separate report from Augusto Cesar of ESPN Argentina states that a formal offer will be made in the coming hours and City are willing to negotiate with Boca rather than take him immediately as Barco would like to stay until December at the Copa Libertadores.
