Colombia vs Brazil prediction, odds and betting tips

Both Brazil and Colombia will be desperate to shake off some incredible form when they meet in a crucial CONMEBOL qualifying tie this week.

The two nations, usually the powerhouses of South American football, are hot on Argentina’s heels at the moment after La Albiceleste won the 2022 World Cup. Lionel Messi and co have followed that up by storming to the top of the CONMEBOL table in 2026 World Cup qualifiers, winning four of their four games so far.

Meanwhile, Brazil lost to Uruguay and drew with Venezuela, while Colombia recorded three straight draws – two of them in 0-0 stalemates, against Ecuador and Chile.

Colombia vs Brazil prediction, odds

None of these teams have scored in CONMEBOL qualifying so far, and key injuries to Brazil’s attacking battery mean goals may once again be at a premium.

Colombia is something of a waning power, Luis Diaz aside, but it’s always a tough nut to crack in front of their own fans. The Seleção can only overshadow the low-scoring competition.
