Arsenal are back in Premier League action on January 20 when they host Crystal Palace at the Emirates Stadium.

With the Gunners already out of the FA Cup, Mikel Arteta’s side have been away on a warm-weather training camp in Dubai ahead of a busy schedule of arrivals.

On the back of an inconsistent start to 2024, Arsenal currently trail Premier League leaders Liverpool by five points, with Palace winning just one of their last nine league games.

Team news

Arteta will have a late check on former Manchester City pair Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko ahead of the match with the pair recovering from injury in Dubai.

Mohamed Elneny and Takehiro Tomiyasu are still away on international duty with Thomas Partey and Fabio Vieira due in February.

Palace’s injury and absentee list remains unchanged ahead of this clash as key winger Michael Olise faces a spell on the sidelines with a thigh problem.

Arsenal (4-3-3): Raya (GK) — White, Saliba, Gabriel, Zinchenko — Odegaard, Rice, Havertz — Saka, Nketiah, Martinelli.

Crystal Palace (4-3-3): Henderson (GK) — Clyne, Anderson, Guehi, Mitchell — Lerma, Richards, Eze — Franca, Mateta, Schlupp
