France 0-0 Canada: Player ratings as France Goaless draw with Canada

Didier Deschamps will need to quickly get his France team up to speed after they struggled to a 0-0 draw with Canada in Bordeaux.

France had all the shots on goal but couldn’t beat the Maple Leafs, who enjoyed a bit more possession in an impressive performance.

Olivier Giroud (in his last game on home soil), Ousmane Dembélé, and Marcus Thuram only got half-hearted openings and the introduction of Kylian Mbappé failed to break the deadlock.

Getting fit is key at this stage, but Austria will be cheering on the crowd ahead of their clash with the European Championship favorites next Monday.
