Spain vs. Serbia: A Clash of Champions
Spain, the reigning UEFA Euro 2024 and Nations League champions, will kick off their title defense against Serbia in a highly anticipated match.
Serbia is drawn in Group D along with Spain, Denmark and Switzerland. They face La Roja and Denmark in their first two matches.
Spain are currently the best team in Europe after proving their credentials in back-to-back tournaments. They recently won UEFA Euro 2024 this summer after defeating England in the final to lift the prestigious trophy.
La Roja are also the defending champions in the UEFA Nations League competition after winning the final against Croatia last year.
Luis de la Fuente’s team will begin their title defense against the Serbians. Another tricky outing against the Swiss will follow on match day.
